对面肌痉挛患者行微血管减压术后实施快速康复模式的横断面效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析对面肌痉挛患者行微血管减压术后实施快速康复模式的横断面效果观察。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年11月期间在中山市人民医院就诊,并接受面肌痉挛行微血管减压术者180例,采用随机数字表法将患者分成两组,每组各90例。其中,以常规术后护理为对照组,以快速康复模式护理为研究组。比较两组术后不同时间疼痛评分,统计住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症的发生情况及患者对护理效果的满意度。结果 两组患者术后第3天、第4天、第5天时疼痛评分较术后第2天降低,且研究组患者疼痛评分低于对照组,(P<0.05)。研究组患者的住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 行微血管减压术后对面肌痉挛患者实施快速康复模式,对减轻患者术后疼痛、缩短住院时间、减少住院费用,降低术后并发症的发生率、提高满意度都有明显的作用。Objective To analyze the cross-sectional effect of implementing rapid rehabilitation mode after microvascular decompression surgery in patients with facial spasm.Methods 180 patients with facial spasm who underwent microvascular decompression surgery at Zhongshan People's Hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 90 patients each.The control group was treated with routine postoperative nursing,and the study group was treated with rapid recovery mode nursing.Compare the pain scores of two groups at different postoperative times,and calculate the length of hospitalization,hospitalization expenses,incidence of postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction with nursing.Results The pain scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced on the 3rd,4th,and 5th postoperative days compared to the 2nd postoperative day,and the pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the study group patients was shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a rapid rehabilitation nursing model for patients with facial spasm after microvascular decompression surgery has a significant effect on reducing postoperative pain,shortening hospitalization time,reducing hospitalization costs,reducing postoperative complications.
