人文化护理对上消化道出血护理效果的评价

摘　　要：目的 探究上消化道出血患者在临床护理中应用人文化护理的效果。方法 选取116例患者展开研究,均是2022年4月至2023年4月在本院进行治疗的上消化道出血患者,根据奇偶数分组法进行分组,常规组的58例患者采用基础性的护理措施,研究组的58例患者采用人文化护理措施,对比护理效果。结果 研究组患者比常规组的止血时间、住院时间更短,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分比常规组更低,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率显著低于常规组,分别为5.17%和17.24%,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意率显著高于常规组,分别为96.55%和86.21%,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论 人文化护理的应用,对提升消化道出血患者的康复效果、减少并发症均有着积极影响,同时还能改善护理满意度。Objective explore the effect of applying humanistic nursing in clinical nursing for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 116 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were treated in our hospital from April,2022 to April,2023 were divided into groups according to the odd-even number grouping method.58 patients in the routine group were given basic nursing measures,while 58 patients in the study group were given humanistic nursing measures,and the nursing effects were compared.Results The hemostasis time and hospitalization time of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety score and depression score of patients in the study group after nursing were lower than those in the routine group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the routine group,accounting for 5.17%and 17.24%respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,which was 96.55%and 86.21%respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing has a positive effect on improving the rehabilitation effect of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding,reducing complications,and improving nursing satisfaction.
