摘 要:肌肉激活是跨栏训练中的一项核心技术,通过肌肉激活有助于提升学生运动前的热身效果,也可以对学生运动损伤起到良好的预防作用。在现代运动训练拉伸方式不断创新的情况下,作为一种动力拉伸方式的肌肉激活和传统静力拉伸方式相比具有显著优势。基于此,本文以山东师范大学18名男生为研究对象开展实验研究,结果发现,肌肉激活训练方式应用于跨栏训练,有助于降低学生的身体重心离栏高度、提高学生跨栏步距离,同时提升学生跨五个栏的成绩。Muscle activation is a fundamental technique in hurdle training.Implementing muscle activation not only enhances the pre-sport warm-up effects for students but also plays a crucial role in preventing sports-related injuries.In the continually evolving landscape of modern sports training,muscle activation,as a dynamic stretching method,offers distinct advantages when compared to traditional static stretching.In this study,we conducted experimental research involving 18 male students from Shandong Normal University.The results revealed that incorporating muscle activation into hurdle training contributes to lowering the students’center of gravity over the hurdles,increasing their stride length while hurdling,and ultimately improving their performance in clearing five hurdles.This study holds significant practical value.
