摘 要:目的 研究黄精芡实改良方对小鼠消化酶和氧化应激指标的影响。方法 采用酒醋大黄法制备脾虚模型,以体重、体力性疲劳、血清消化酶、抗氧化酶、免疫器官指数等指标,观察改良黄精芡实方(高、中、低剂量分别为1、2、3 g·kg-1)对改善小鼠消化和抗氧化应激的作用。结果 黄精芡实改良方各剂量均可增加脾虚小鼠的体重,延长转棒及游泳的时间,增加血清消化酶和抗氧化酶的含量及免疫器官指数,黄精芡实改良方高、中剂量的作用效果显著。结论 黄精芡实改良方对脾虚小鼠的消化酶和氧化应激具有明显的改善效果。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Huangjing Qianshi modified formula(HQMF)on digestive enzymes and oxidative stress indexes.METHODS The spleen deficiency model was prepared by white liquor,vinegar and rhubarb.The effects of HQMF(high,medium and low doses were 1,2,3 g·kg-1)on improving digestion and anti-oxidative stress were observed through the indexes of body weight,physical fatigue,serum digestive enzymes,antioxidant enzymes and immune organ index.RESULTS HQMF could increase the weight of mice with spleen deficiency,prolong the time of turning the stick and swimming,increase the content of serum digestive enzymes and antioxidant enzymes,and increase the index of immune organs.2 g·kg-1 and 3 g·kg-1 of HQMF treated groups showed significant efficacy.CONCLUSION HQMF has an obvious effect on improving the digestive enzymes and alleviating oxidative stress of mice with spleen deficiency.
