摘　　要：目的 HPLC法测定母蒂尼阿丸水提取液中没食子酸、沉香四醇、羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法 采用安捷伦C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm),没食子酸用流动相为0.05%磷酸溶液-乙腈(93:7),进样量2μL;沉香四醇用流动相为0.1%乙酸溶液-乙腈(77:23~67:33),进样量2μL;羟基红花黄色素A用流动相为0.7%磷酸溶液-乙腈-甲醇(80:4:16),进样量5μL。结果 没食子酸、沉香四醇、羟基红花黄色素A的线性范围分别为0.0856~4.0、0.0127~0.4060、3.5×10-3~0.227 mg·mL-1,r2均为0.9999;平均回收率分别为83.9%、87.2%、85.7%,平均含量分别为1.590%、0.036%、0.0276%,RSD分别为3.90%、2.10%、3.40%。结论 所用方法简便、准确、可靠、重复性良好,可为母蒂尼阿丸的质量控制提供基础。OBJECTIVE To determine the characteristic components including gallic acid,agarotetrol and hydroxysafflor yellow A in Mudi Nia pill by HPLC.METHODS The chromatographic column was used with Agilent C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).HPLC of gallic acid was performed with the mobile phase consisting of 0.05%phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(93∶7)with the injection volume of 2μL.HPLC of agarotetrol was performed with the mobile phase consisting of 0.1%acetic acid-acetonitrile(77∶23-67∶33)with the injection volume of 2μL.HPLC of hydroxysafflor yellow A was performed with the mobile phase consisting of 0.7%phosphoric acid-methyl alcohol-acetonitrile(80∶16∶4)with the injection volume of 5μL.RESULTS The linear ranges of gallic acid,agarotetrol and hydroxysafflor yellow A were 0.0856-4.0 mg·mL-1,0.0127-0.4060 mg·mL-1,and 3.5×10-3-0.227 mg·mL-1,respectively and the r 2 were all 0.9999.The average recoveries for gallic acid was 83.9%,and the average content was 1.590%with the RSD of 3.90%(n=3).The average recoveries for agarotetrol was 87.2%,and the average content was 0.036%with the RSD of 2.10%(n=3),and the average recoveries for hydroxysafflor yellow A was 85.7%,and the average content was 0.0276%with RSD of 3.40%(n=3).CONCLUSION The HPLC methods have high accuracy,good specificity and excellent repeatability.They can provide the basis for the quality control of Mudi Nia pill.
