摘 要:[目的]研究亲虾规格和干旱胁迫时间对克氏原螯虾繁殖的影响,确定早苗繁育对亲虾规格和干旱胁迫时间等技术参数。[方法]研究3个试验虾规格(A_(1):15~20 g;A_(2):21~30 g;A_(3):31~40 g)和3个干旱胁迫时间处理(B_(1):8月15日;B2:9月15日;B_(3):10月10日)对克氏原螯虾繁殖的影响。[结果]A2处理试验虾成活率最高,达61.1%,分别较A1、A3处理高83.5%和16.8%;且抱卵率最高,达29.2%,分别较A_(1)和A_(3)处理组高40.4%和133.6%。8月15日干旱胁迫(B1组)亲虾成活率最高,达69.4%,分别较B_(2)、B3处理高13.6%、92.2%;且抱卵率也最高,达45.5%,分别较B_(2)、B_(3)处理高120.2%、174.3%。[结论]8月初放养亲虾,以规格为21~30 g、8月中旬进行干旱诱导,有利于提高亲虾成活率和抱卵率,并可实现在10月生产出批量抱卵虾。[Objective]To study the effects of parental shrimp size and drought stress time on the reproduction of Procambarus clarkii,and to determine technical parameters such as parental shrimp size and drought stress time for early seedling breeding.[Method]The effects of three sizes(treatment A_(1):15-20 g;A_(2):21-30 g;A_(3):31-40 g)and three drought stress starting time(treatment B 1:August 15th;B 2 September 15th;B 3 October 10th)to experimental crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)reproduction were studied.[Result]The results showed that group A_(2)(size 21-30 g)had the highest survival rate(61.1%),which was 83.5%and 16.8%higher than A_(1)and A_(3)respectively,and A_(2)with the highest egg carrying rate(29.2%),which was 40.4%and 133.6%higher than A_(1)and A_(3)respectively.The highest survival rate(B 169.4%)of parent crayfish was obtained under drought stress at August 15th,which was 13.6%and 92.2%higher than B_(2)and B_(3)respectively.Group B_(1)with highest egg-carrying rate(45.5%),it was 120.2%and 174.3%higher than B_(2)and B_(3)respectively.[Conclusion]It can be concluded that raising parent crayfish at August with 21-30 g and inducing by drought in mid-August can improve the survival rate and egg carrying rate of parent crayfish,and the batch production of egg-carrying crayfish in October can be realized.
