摘　　要：在基层党支部建设实践中,推动教师队伍专业化发展建设,加强党组织建设,强化德育、师德师风建设,进而影响、辐射到创新就业、产学研结合、国际合作等方面。在与企业的产教融合实践中,研究出一套突出党建引领作用、提高教育队伍的建设科学化水平的工作模式,并在自主创新、促进就业、国际合作等方面取得一定成效。When constructing party branches,the emphasis is placed on promoting the development of the teaching team's professional skills,as well as strengthening the party's organizational structure,moral education,and ethical standards for teachers.In turn,this has a positive influence on innovation,employment,the integration of industry,academia and research,and international cooperation.In the field of industry-education integration with enterprises,a series of working modes have been researched which emphasis the pivotal role of party building and elevate the scientific quality of educational team construction.This endeavour has yielded significant outcomes in areas such as autonomous innovation,employment promotion,international collaboration,and more.
