碳排放权价格波动对制造业上市公司价值的影响研究

摘　　要：在双碳目标和可持续发展理念贯彻下,政府大力提倡节能减排的低碳行动,碳排放权交易市场成为目前政府管制企业碳减排行为的重要工具,碳市场碳价成为企业衡量碳减排行为的重要标准,对企业发展具有一定的影响。以1585家制造业上市公司2013-2021年的数据为样本进行回归,研究碳排放权交易市场价格对企业价值的影响情况。研究发现:碳排放权交易市场价格的波动程度对制造业上市公司价值呈现显著的正相关关系;且经过稳健性检验后,结论一致成立。为更好发挥碳排放权交易市场的作用,从政府和企业层面提出建议,希望更好推进碳减排行动,促进企业绿色转型升级。Using the data of 1585 listed manufacturing companies from 2013 to 2021 as a sample,this paper studied the impact of carbon emission trading market prices on enterprise value.It's found that the fluctuation degree of carbon emission trading market price had a significant positive correlation with the value of manufacturing listed companies.After the robustness test,it unanimously established the conclusion.From the government and enterprise level,it put forward suggestions to give full play to the role of the carbon emission trading market,to promote carbon emission reduction actions,and to promote the green transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
