高职临床试验技术服务型人才培养的探索与思考

摘　　要：随着我国临床试验数量的增加,对技术服务型人才的需求也在增加,而国内并没有开设临床试验相关专业,限制了临床试验行业的发展。通过分析临床试验技术服务型岗位所需的职业素质与能力,联系本校实际,介绍技术服务型人才培养目标、课程体系、实训条件、师资队伍等的探索路径。With the increase of clinical trials in China,the demand for technical service oriented personnel is also increasing.However,the lack of clinical trial related majors in China limits the development of the clinical trial industry.By analyzing the professional qualities and abilities required for clinical trial technology service positions,and connecting them with the actual situation of colleges,this article introduces the exploration path of cultivating technical service personnel,course system,practical training conditions,as well colleges teaching staff.
