护理专案改善在提高住院患者陪护人员佩戴口罩规范率中的应用

摘　　要：目的调查护理专案改善对促进住院患者陪护人员规范佩戴口罩的效果,为更好地预防呼吸道传染病提供科学依据。方法采用时点稽查法和直接访问法对住院患者陪护人员规范佩戴口罩情况进行调查,确定改善重点,开展护理专案改善活动,并对活动前后住院患者陪护人员口罩佩戴情况进行比较。结果住院患者陪护人员佩戴口罩依从率从67.31%提高至97.83%,规范率从50.00%提高至84.78%,且差异均有统计学意义。结论护理专案改善有助于提高住院患者陪护人员对佩戴口罩的重视程度,达到部分切断病毒传播途径的目的,进而保障医患安全。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of nursing project improvement in improving standardized wearing of masks by inpatients′caregivers,and to provide scientific basis for better prevention of respiratory infectious diseases.Methods The time point inspection method and direct interview method were adopted to investigate the standard wearing of masks by inpatients′caregivers,determine the focus of improvement,carry out nursing project improvement activities,and compare the wearing of masks by inpatients′caregivers before and after the event.Results The compliance rate of inpatients′caregivers wearing masks increased from 67.31%to 97.83%,and the standard rate increased from 50.00%to 84.78%,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion The improvement of nursing projects can help to increase the attention paid to wearing masks by the inpatients caregivers,to partially cut off the transmission of the virus,so as to ensure the safety of doctors and patients.
