血清性激素检测在精神分裂症女性甲状腺功能减退诊断中价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨血清性激素检测在精神分裂症女性甲状腺功能减退诊断中价值。方法 选取我院2021年1月至2022年11月精神分裂症女性甲状腺功能减退患者100例作为观察组,同时收集该时期进行健康体检的志愿者100例作为对照组,对所有参与研究人员进行血清性激素检测,探究血清性激素检测在精神分裂症女性甲状腺功能减退诊断中的应用价值。结果 治疗前,观察组卵泡刺激素(follicule-stimulating hormone, FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone, LH)、泌乳素(prolactin, PRL)高于对照组,雌二醇(estradiol 2,E2)、睾酮(testosterone, T)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FSH、PRL、LH低于治疗前,T、E2高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症女性甲状腺功能减退患者中相较健康者,血清性激素分泌异常,临床可将此方式用于辅助疾病诊断。Objective To investigate the expression of serum sex hormone detection in the diagnosis of hypothyroidism in women with schizophrenia.Methods Sixty-six female patients with schizophrenia hypothyroidism in our hospital from January,2021 to November,2022 were collected as the observation group,while 100 volunteers who underwent physical examination during the same period were collected as the control group.Serum sex hormones were tested among all the participants.We then evaluated the application value of serum sex hormone detection in the diagnosis of hypothyroidism in women with schizophrenia.Results Before treatment,Follicule-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL)in the observation group were higher than the control group,while estradiol 2(E 2),and testosterone(testosterone;T)were lower than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,FSH,PRL and LH in the observation group were lower than before treatment,while T and E 2 were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum sex hormone detection is of high application value in the diagnosis of hypothyroidism in female patients with schizophrenia.It is found that the serum sex hormone index in female patients with schizophrenia hypothyroidism is significantly higher than that in healthy subjects.This method can be used in clinical diagnosis.
