摘  要:目的对浸出法提取杏仁皮油的预处理工艺进行研究。方法采用颗粒机对杏仁皮进行挤压预处理,对影响油脂提取率的预处理工艺进行分析,并找出最优预处理工艺参数。结果最优预处理工艺参数为粉碎度40目、杏仁皮粉含水量12%、入浸水分7%、颗粒直径4 mm、长度10 mm,该工艺条件下的杏仁皮油提取率为11.78%。结论杏仁皮经过简单的挤压预处理后,油脂提取率明显升高,研究结果为杏仁皮工业化利用提供了一条新途径。Objective To study on the pretreatment process of leaching method for extraction of apricot kernel skin oil(AKSO).Methods The apricot kernel skin(AKS)was extruded and the effect of extrusion process on extraction yield of AKSO was analyzed in order to identify the optimal pre-treatment process parameters.Results The optimal process parameters were as follows:the degree of grinding was 40 mesh,the water content of AKS was 12%,the moisture was 7%,the diameter of the particles was 4 mm,and the length was 10 mm.Under this condition,the extraction yield of AKSO was 11.78%.Conclusion After simple extrusion pretreatment,the extraction yield of AKSO was significantly improved.The result provided a novel approach for the industrial utilization of AKS.
