摘 要:热电偶的热电势与温度呈非线性关系,在很大程度上影响了热电偶测量的精度。为了提高热电偶测温控制系统的测量精度,在应用最小二乘法实现热电势和温度特性的线性处理基础之上,通过对不同测温区间的拟合系数的分别优选,提出一种基于分段拟合的热电偶测温控制方法。对该方法进行模拟实验。实验结果表明,该测温控制方法简捷高效,误差可控制在1%之内,可适用于智能仪表和实时控制。There is non-linear relation between thermoelectric potential and temperature,which is affecting measurement accuracy of thermocouple.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the thermocouple temperature control system,application of least square method to realize linear relation between thermoelectric potential and temperature is introduced firstly,then a new thermocouple method based on piecewise fitting is put forward,and the dynamic thermocouple piecewise fitting formula derivation is given in this paper.A simulation experiment is carried out for the method.Experiment results show that the new method is simple and efficiency,error can be controlled within 1%,and this method can be applied to the intelligent instrument and the real-time control systems.
