摘 要:目的:研究基于业务信息仓库(BW)与商业智能(BI)大数据智能分析的重点医疗物资管理策略。方法:在医院资源规划(HRP)系统完成物资主数据建立、出入库管理、一二级库衔接及报表呈现等全流程功能建设的基础上,在物资大数据管理平台通过BW和BI模块进行物资数据汇总、分析及可视化展示,建设医院重点医疗物资智能化管理平台,对高值医用耗材及应急防疫物资等重点物资进行实时监管。结果:基于BW的数据分析报表可任意维度展示各类医用耗材的采购入库等各项数据数值,BI数据智能分析更为直观地可视化展示。国家重点治理的医院高值医用耗材因疫情等原因导致业务量变化,医院高值医用耗材使用数量下降4.54%,使用总金额下降13.04%。结论:基于BW与BI大数据分析的重点医疗物资智能化管理能够提升重点医疗物资科学化、精细化管理水平,为医院重点医疗物资监管提供强有力的数据支持,为医院决策提供更为直观的数据支撑。Objective:To research the key medical supplies management strategies based on business information warehouse(BW)and business intelligence(BI)big data intelligent analysis.Methods:Based on the hospital resource planning(HRP)system completing the establishment of the whole process functions of material master data,incoming and outgoing warehouse management,primary and secondary warehouse connection and report presentation,etc.,the material data was collected,analyzed and visually displayed through BW and BI modules of the material big data management platform.An intelligent management platform for key medical supplies was established in the hospital to conduct real-time supervision on high-value medical consumables and emergency epidemic prevention materials and other key materials.Results:The data analysis reports based on BW can display various data values related to the procurement and warehousing of medical consumables in any dimension,and the BI data analysis provided a more intuitive and visual display.The business volume of high-value medical consumables in hospitals under key national governance had changed due to epidemic and other reasons,resulting in a 4.54%decrease in the quantity of medical consumables used and a 13.04%decrease in the total amount used.Conclusion:The intelligent management of key medical supplies based on BW and BI big data analysis can enhance the scientific and refined management of key medical materials,provide powerful data support for the supervision of key medical materials,and provide more intuitive data for hospital decision-making.
