摘  要:目的:基于决策树C4.5算法制定儿科医疗设备管理质量提升策略,探讨其在儿科医疗设备管理中的应用价值。方法:从设备质量、消毒质量和使用质量层面制定质量评价指标,采用决策树C4.5算法获取设备质量等级关联因素,制定相应管理对策。选取医院临床在用的42台儿科医疗设备,根据管理模式不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用专家调研法制定管理对策,观察组采用决策树C4.5算法制定管理对策,对比两组设备运行质量、临床使用安全及设备管理人员业务能力评分。结果:观察组设备维护执行率、质量检测合格率、消毒合格率和问题有效响应率分别为(93.15±1.91)%、(97.34±2.46)%、(99.45±2.16)%和(88.49±3.61)%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.181,Z=3.450,Z=4.067,Z=5.074;P<0.05);观察组设备故障频次为(1.31±0.69)次/年,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.750,P<0.05);观察组设备临床使用中的相关感染、压力性损伤和因设备操作问题导致安全风险例数分别为1例(占0.5%)、6例(占3%)和11例(占5.5%),均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=5.570,x^(2)=6.383,x^(2)=5.983;P<0.05);观察组设备使用及管理人员的安全意识、理论知识、业务能力及满意度评分分别为(97.22±4.36)分、(91.44±2.67)分、(98.62±2.76)分和(90.53±6.27)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.267,Z=4.325,Z=3.591,Z=6.278;P<0.05)。结论:决策树C4.5算法有效地解决了儿科医疗设备管理中存在的问题,能够改善设备运行质量,提高临床使用安全性和设备管理人员业务能力。Objective:To develop the quality improvement strategy for pediatric medical equipment management based on C4.5 decision tree algorithm,and to explore its application value in pediatric medical equipment management.Methods:Quality evaluation indexes were established from the aspects of equipment quality,disinfection quality and use quality.The associated factors of equipment quality level were obtained by C4.5 decision tree algorithm and corresponding management countermeasures were formulated.A total of 42 medical equipment in clinical use in the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different management modes.The control group adopted the expert investigation method to formulate management countermeasures,and the observation group adopted decision tree algorithm to formulate management countermeasures.The operation quality,clinical use safety and personnel professional capabilities of the two groups were compared.Results:The equipment maintenance execution rate,quality inspection qualified rate,disinfection qualified rate and problem effective response rate in the observation group were(93.15±1.91)%,(97.34±2.46)%,(99.45±2.16)%,(88.49±3.61)%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.181,Z=3.450,Z=4.067,Z=5.074;P<0.05).The frequency of equipment failure in the observation group was(1.31±0.69)times/year,which was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.750,P<0.05).The number of cases of equipment-related infections,pressure injuries and safety risks caused by equipment operation problems in the observation group was 1 case(0.5%),6 cases(3%)and 11 cases(5.5%),respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=5.570,x^(2)=6.383,x^(2)=5.983;P<0.05).The scores of safety awareness,theoretical knowledge,professional ability and satisfaction of equipment use and management personnel in the ob
