客观物质与心理认知如何诱发农村低收入青年获得感——基于fsQCA方法的组态分析

摘　　要：提升农村低收入青年获得感不仅能够为后2020时代的贫困治理增加温度,同时还可以激发乡村振兴中的青春活力。考虑多个自变量间的复杂依赖关系以及由此可能产生的组态效应,基于集合论思想,采用定性比较分析法,从客观物质层面和心理认知层面将多重前因条件变量进行系统整合,可以揭示诱发农村低收入青年高水平获得感的组态效应。结果表明,绝对收入、社会比较、自我比较、分配公平感和焦虑感均不能单独构成农村低收入青年高水平获得感的必要条件;进一步的组态充分性分析表明,“油然而生”“自我算计”和“社会衬托”是诱发农村低收入青年高水平获得感的主要路径。基于此,应继续增加农村低收入青年经济收入夯实获得感生成物质基础,通过提升劳动收益率增进收入分配公平感,注重培养农村低收入青年的健康心态。Improving the sense of gain of rural low-income youth not only contributes to poverty governance in the post-2020 era in a soft manner,but also motivates the youth to take initiative in rural revitalization.Considering the complex dependent relationships between multiple independent variables and the possible configuration effect,this study,based on the Set Theory,utilizes the qualitative comparative analysis method to systematically integrate multiple antecedent variables from both the levels of material condition and psychological cognition.and reveal the configuration effects that induces a high-level sense of gain among low-income rural youth.The results show that absolute income,social comparison,self-comparison,perception of fairness in distribution and anxiety cannot individually constitute the necessary conditions for a high-level sense of gain among low-income rural youth;further configurational sufficiency analysis shows that'spontaneity','self-calculation'and'social support'are the main paths to inducing a high-level sense of gain among low-income rural youth.Based on these findings,efforts should be continually made in consolidating the material basis of the sense of gain among low-income rural youth by increasing their economic income,and enhancing the sense of fairness in income distribution by increasing the rate of return on labor,in addition to paying attention to foster healthy mentality among low-income rural youth.
