摘 要:卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤(ovarian germ cell tumor,OGCT)是儿童卵巢肿瘤常见的类型,由原始生殖细胞分化异常所致,种类多样,不同亚型之间存在组织学的重叠,准确诊断仍存在一定困难,复发性、难治性恶性生殖细胞肿瘤也需要寻找新的突破口,而分子水平的研究有助于探索新的诊治方案,故本文对目前儿童生殖细胞肿瘤在分子水平上相关的发病因素及机制进行综述,以期对生殖细胞肿瘤的发病特点有更充分的了解,为探索新的治疗提供思路。Ovarian germ cell tumor is the most common type of ovarian tumor in children.With a wide range of pathological types,it is derived from abnormal differentiation of primordial germ cells.Different subtypes have histological overlaps and diagnostic challenges.Relapsing and refractory malignant germ cell tumors remain problematic.Explorations at the molecular level may aid both diagnosis and treatment.This review summarized the latest molecular pathogenic factors and potential mechanisms of germ cell tumors in children to gain a deeper pathogenetic understanding of germ cell tumors and provide rationales for exploring new treatments.
