后疫情时期临床医学生的主观心理问题及对策

摘  要:目的调查后疫情时期临床医学生的心理状况,分析各类干预措施的有效性。方法2021年6月30日至2022年1月31日期间选取某三甲医院119名本专科医学生,使用青少年生活事件量表进行心理调查,并制定各类文体活动、健康心理讲座和名师面对面活动等干预措施,比较干预前后青少年生活事件量表得分情况。结果医学生心理压力来源中,学业压力占26.4%,人际关系问题占23.6%,实习/工作压力占19.3%。干预前青少年生活事件量表中位数得分为17,干预后得分为3,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中六个维度中以学习压力、人际关系方面改善最为显著。94.6%的学生认为各项干预措施有帮助,与各类文体活动相比,心理健康讲座和名师面对面活动缓解医学生心理问题的作用更大。结论后疫情时期临床医学生主观意识存在学习压力、人际关系、实习和工作压力等方面心理健康问题,积极实施心理健康讲座等干预措施有利于学生进行良好的自我调节,从而缓解心理压力,提高医学生的心理免疫力。Objectives To investigate the psychological condition of medical students under the post-epidemic situation and analyze the effectiveness of various intervention measures.Methods A total of 119 college students from a Three A and Tertiary Hospital were recruited from June 302021 to January 312022.The Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Scale Check List(ASLEC)was to conduct a psychological survey,and various intervention measures such as cultural and sports activities,health psychology lectures and master face-to-face activities were developed to compare the ASLEC scores before and after the intervention.Results Among the sources of psychological stress of medical students,academic stress accounted for 26.4%,interpersonal problems accounted for 23.6%,and internship/work pressure accounted for 19.3%.The median score of adolescent life events scale was 17 before intervention,and 3 after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the six dimensions,learning stress and interpersonal relationship improved most significantly.94.6%of the students thought that various intervention measures were helpful.Compared with various literary recreation and sports activities,psychological health lectures and face-to-face activities of famous teachers had a greater effect on relieving psychological problems of medical students.Conclusions In the post-epidemic period,clinical medical students had psychological health problems in the subjective consciousness of academic stress,interpersonal relationship,internship/work pressure and other aspects.The active implementation of various psychological health education intervention measures such as psychological health lectures was conducive to students'good self-regulation,so as to relieve psychological pressure and improve the psychological immunity of medical students.
