摘　　要：患者男,68岁,全身红疹伴痒1年半,头面部增生物伴痒5个月。皮损组织病理示:毛囊内、真皮全层较致密淋巴细胞浸润,异型性明显,毛囊内黏蛋白沉积;阿新兰染色阳性。免疫组织化学染色示:CD3(+)、CD4(+)。诊断:伴黏蛋白沉积的亲毛囊性蕈样肉芽肿。A 68-year-old male presented with disseminated erythema and papules with itching for one and a half years,and masses on head and face for 5 months.The main pathological change showed infiltration of massive lymphocytes with obvious atypia in and around folliclar,and mucoprotein deposition in follicular epithelium,which was positive for alcian blue staining.Immunohistochemistry confirmed that the majority of lymphocytes infiltrated were CD3(+),CD4(+).Folliculotropic mycosis fungoides with follicular mucinosis was diagnosed.
