新时代国家安全学的研究特点及学科发展——基于2013—2022年国家社科基金项目立项数据的分析

摘　　要：国家安全学于2020年被设置为一级学科,新学科门类下的新学科基础薄弱。本文以新时代以来国家社科基金项目立项中攸关“国家安全”的1010个项目作为研究对象,通过对立项年度、数量、类别、学科、单位、地理位置、所属系统、题目、项目负责人等数据进行统计分析,提炼出当前国家安全学研究内容紧扣国家重大现实和理论问题、体现跨学科交叉研究、紧密结合人民安全需求、紧跟学科新发展等四个新特点,并据此提出国家安全学学科发展思考及建议,为加速国家安全学学科建设助力。"National security"was added as a national first-level discipline in 2020,and the foundation of this newly launched discipline remains relatively weak.This article selects 1,010 projects related to"national security"thathave been approved by the National Social Science Fund of China in the new era as its research objects.By analyzing the statistical data such as the years of approval,the quantities,types,and specific disciplines of the approved projects,the institutions,geographical locations,and systems the project teams come from,the topics,and the project leaders,it finds that currently,national security studies in China have four new characteristics:namely,responding to major national practical and theoretical issues;showing interdisciplinarity;meeting the people's demands for security;andfolilowing newdevelopments of the discipline.Further,the author shares some reflections on and proposes several suggestions foraccelerating thedisciplinary development of national security studies.
