摘　　要：应用伦理专业学位类别的设置,将在很大程度上改变哲学门类人才培养格局,推动科学研究领域分化与重组,带来新一轮哲学研究生教育和学科专业建设的改革与创新。应用伦理专业有其特定问题域,是一种多元化策略决策系统。它不仅仅关注哲学、伦理学理论的应用,也关注其他学科知识的应用,其根本目的在于为特定伦理问题提供判断和决策。应用伦理专业应围绕职业伦理实践开展跨学科研究并培养从事职业伦理实践的专门人才,发挥重要的社会功能和政治功能。应用伦理专业“三大体系”建设是核心价值引领、职业伦理治理、交叉学科教研、参与全球治理的“四维一体”工程。它以“人才培养”为主线,贯穿应用伦理专业学科体系建设;以“问题意识”为导向,指引应用伦理专业学术体系建设;以“自主知识”为素材,丰富应用伦理专业话语体系建设。The Chinese Ministry of Education has established a new category of professional degree programs in the field of Applied Ethics within the discipline of Philosophy.The introduction of these programs will significantly impact the talent cultivation framework in Philosophy studies,leading to the differentiation and reorganization of its long-standing research areas.This development will trigger a new phase of reform and innovation in postgraduate education and the construction of specialized disciplines within Philosophy.The Applied Ethics program has its own specific domain of issues that constitutes a diverse strategic decision-making system.It goes beyond the application of philosophical and ethical theories,because it encompasses the application of knowledge from various other disciplines.Its fundamental purpose is to provide training in judgment and decision-making for particular ethical issues.TThe Applied Ethics programs should revolve around interdisciplinary research in the realm of professional ethics and cultivate specialized professionals engaged in practical ethics.It plays a crucial role in society and politics by helping to solve the common moral dilemmas within various industries.This program contributes to maintaining harmonious and orderly relationships based on professional ethics.By constructing a governance system of professional ethics,it shapes a new form of“the rule of virtue”in the new era.The construction of the“Three Major Systems”(discipline system,academic system,and discourse system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics)in the Applied Ethics programs is a“four-dimensional integration”project of the guiding core values,professional ethics governance,interdisciplinary education and research,and participation in global governance.The state currently is making new attempts in the way of cultivating talents by adding applied ethics specialization to promote its further development along with the continuous enrichment of research content and the integrati
