摘　　要：我国工业软件的发展需要突破瓶颈和加速国产化进程,如何有针对性地在人才培养中创新培养模式,做好应用型本科院校工业软件人才培养和社会输送,是当前需要探索和实践的重要问题。基于区域经济发展现状、工业软件人才培养特点和东莞市工业软件人才需求,将工业软件人才培养和东莞理工学院计算机科学与技术专业发展方向相结合,提出多措并举、创新发展工业软件人才的培养机制。通过政、行、企、校深度合作,不断完善工业软件人才的创新培养机制。The development of industrial software in China needs to break through the bottleneck and accelerate the process of localization.To innovate the industrial software talent training and social delivery in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,which is an important goal that needs to be explored and practiced at present.Based on the current situation of regional economic development,the characteristics of industrial software talent training and the requirements of industrial software talent training in Dongguan,the training mechanism of“taking multiple measures simultaneously to innovate and develop industrial software talent”is proposed by combining industrial software talent training with the development direction of computer science and technology major in Dongguan University of Technology.Through the in-depth cooperation among government,industry,enterprise and university,the innovative talent training mode of industrial software talents has continuously improved.
