摘  要:光电信息科学与工程专业迫切需要为国家培养一大批多样化、创新型卓越工程科技人才。“光电器件”课程作为本专业的核心必修课程,课程内容聚焦国际科技前沿,具有学科交叉、课程知识丰富、应用范围广、课程实践性强等特点,为培养光电领域高素质专业人才提供重要支撑。在新工科建设背景下,对“光电器件”课堂教学传统模式进行改革,是提高该门课程教学质量的核心关键。针对传统教学模式中存在的局限性,论文从教学方法、教学内容、考核评价方式等多个方面进行了初步的改革探索与实践,提出了科研反哺教学的新模式,将多学科交叉的前沿性科学研究融入课堂教学内容,丰富了教学形式,显著提高了教学质量。The optoelectronic information science and engineering urgently needs to cultivate a large number of diversified,innovative and excellent engineering and technology talents for the country.As the core compulsory course of this major,Optoelectronic Devices focuses on the international frontier of science and technology,with the characteristics of interdisciplinary characteristics,rich curriculum knowledge,wide application scope,and strong curriculum practicality,providing important support for the training of high-quality professionals in the field of optoelectronics.Under the background of emerging engineering construction,how to reform the traditional classroom teaching mode of Photoelectric Devices is the core key to improve the teaching quality of this course.In view of the limitations existing in the traditional teaching mode,from teaching methods,teaching content,evaluation methods,and many other aspects preliminary exploration and practice of reform is carried on,new mode of scientific research and teaching feedback is put forward,multidisciplinary advanced scientific research is integrated into classroom teaching content,which enriches the teaching forms,and improves the teaching quality.
