摘  要:近年来,聚氨酯合成革以其价格适宜、产品利用率高等优势在体育用品领域得到了广泛的应用,并逐渐取代天然皮革成为21世纪体育产业发展的主流。合成革在使用过程中表面不可避免会出现划痕、破损等,为保障产品合格率,加强合成革缺陷检测尤为重要。传统人工检测效率低、成本高,存在较高的误检率。随着计算机信息技术的进步,视觉检测技术被应用于体育用品合成革缺陷检测。本文针对体育用品合成革提出了不同视觉检测技术,对其应用效果进行分析,以期为体育用品合成革缺陷检测提供参考。In recent years,polyurethane synthetic leather has been widely used in the field of sports goods with its advantages of reasonable price and high product utilization,and gradually replaced natural leather as the mainstream of sports industry development in the 21st century.The surface of synthetic leather will inevitably appear scratches and damages during use.In order to ensure the product qualification rate,it is particularly important to strengthen the defect detection of synthetic leather.Traditional manual detection has low efficiency,high cost and high false detection rate.With the progress of computer information technology,visual inspection technology has been applied to the defect detection of sports goods synthetic leather.In this paper,different visual inspection technologies were proposed for sports goods synthetic leather,and the application effects were analyzed in order to provide reference for defect detection of sports goods synthetic leather.
