基于“阴阳五行学说”探析“益火补土”是少弱精症的根本治法

摘　　要：根据阴阳学说,少弱精症的病证为阴盛阳虚,其发病责之于肾脾,核心病机为脾肾两虚,治则应为温肾健脾。根据五行学说,温肾健脾即为益火补土。若以土虚为主,则健脾而兼顾温肾;若以水亏为主,则温肾而兼顾健脾。因此,“益火补土”是治疗少弱精症的根本治法。对近几年来干预少弱精症的中医药复方、单味药进行分析,这些复方和单味中药具有温补肾阳、益气健脾之功效,干预效应主要体现在“损其有余,补其不足”两个方面,即通过抑制少弱精症的发病机制(抑阴)和促进精子的生成和活力(补阳)的措施达到平衡阴阳治疗少弱精症的目的,验证了“益火补土”是治疗少弱精症的根本治法。文章立足于“阴阳五行学说”和现代药理研究,提出“益火补土”是少弱精症的根本治法,该结论将为少弱精症的基础研究及临床应用提供理论支撑。According to the theory of Yin and Yang,the syndrome of oligozoospermia or asthenospermia is Yin hyperactivity and yang deficiency,and its pathogenesis is attributed to kidney and spleen.The core pathogenesis is spleen and kidney deficiency,and the treatment is to warm the kidney and strengthen the spleen.According to the Five Elements theory,warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen is to invigorate fire and replenish soil.If soil deficiency is the main factor,it will strengthen the spleen and warm the kidney.If water deficiency is the main factor,it can warm the kidney and strengthen the spleen.Therefore,“invigorating fire and replenishing soil”is the fundamental treatment for oligozoospermia or asthenospermia.This paper analyzes and summarizes the compound and single traditional Chinese medicines that have intervened in the two diseases in recent years.These compound and single traditional Chinese medicines have the effects of warming and tonifying the kidney and yang,supplementing the qi and spleen.The intervention effect is mainly reflected in two aspects:“the excess is damaged,and the deficiency is remedied”.That is,the principle of treating oligozoospermia or asthenospermia is to balance Yin and Yang by inhibiting the pathogenesis of oligospermia(inhibiting Yin)and promoting the production and vitality of sperm(supplementing Yang),It is verified that“invigorating fire and replenishing soil”is the fundamental treatment for oligozoospermia or asthenospermia.Based on the“Yin Yang and Five Elements Theory”and modern pharmacological research,this paper explores the fundamental treatment of oligozoospermia or asthenospermia,with a view to providing theoretical support for its basic research and clinical application.
