可降解PHT树脂的合成及可降解机油滤纸的研究

摘　　要：合成了聚六氢三嗪树脂(PHT树脂),并将其应用于可降解机油滤纸的制备,通过降解树脂实现了纤维的回收利用。结果表明,当多聚甲醛与1,3-双(4-氨基苯氧基)苯(TPE-R)的物质的量比例为1∶2.1、固化温度为180℃、固化时间为20 min、上胶量为24.7%时,PHT滤纸在200℃时的残余质量分数为98.71%,耐破指数为2.56 kPa.m^(2)/g,抗张指数为53.2 N.m/g,具有优异的耐热性能和物理性能。在上述条件下研制的PHT可降解机油滤纸,当1 mol/l盐酸与丙酮的体积比为1∶2,降解时间为0.5 h时,树脂脱除率为94.2%,具有优良的降解性能。PHT滤纸符合JB/T 12651.1-2016标准对机油滤纸的要求。In this experimental study,degradable polyhexahydrotriazine resin(PHT resin)was synthesized and applied to the preparation of degradable oil filter paper to achieve fiber recycling.The results showed that the best PHT resin synthesis conditions were as follows:molar ratio of paraformaldehyde and 1,3-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzene(TPE-R)was 1∶2.1,curing temperature was 180℃,reaction time was 20 min,and glue content was 24.7%.And the PHT filter paper had excellent thermostability and physical property when the residual mass of PHT filter paper was 98.71%at 200ºC,the break resistance index reached 2.56 KPa·m^(2)/g,and tensile index reached 56.2 N·m/g.Furthermore,it is found that the volume ratio of 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid to acetone was 1∶2 and the degradation time was 2 h,the resin removal rate of PHT degradable oil filter paper prepared under the above conditions was 94.2%,which has excellent degradation performance.In this condition,PHT filter paper meet the quality requirements of JB/T 12651.1-2016 standard.
