摘 要:为保证电动机械制动器制动过程的可靠性,需要对其关键部件进行仿真分析,确保关键部件相关性能满足可靠性需求。滚珠丝杠作为电动机械制动器的主要承载力部件,同时也是电动机械制动器的最薄弱环节,因此必须对滚珠丝杠进行选型及仿真,以提高制动系统的整体可靠性。通过ANSYS软件和Ncode DesignLife模块对滚珠丝杠进行联合仿真,并基于选用后的滚珠丝杠组成的电动机械制动器开展试验研究,得到制动次数、闸盘转速与制动时间的关系,验证了电动机械制动器的可靠性。In order to ensure the reliability of the braking process of the electric mechanical brake,it is necessary to carry out simulation analysis on its key components to ensure that the performance of key components can meet the reliability requirement.As the main bearing capacity component and the weakest link of the electric mechanical brake as well,the ball screw should be selected and simulated to improve the overall reliability of the braking system.Then,the ball screw was simulated by ANSYS software and Ncode DesignLife module,and the experimental research was carried out based on the electric mechanical brake composed of the selected ball screw.At last,the relationship between the braking cycles,the brake disc speed and the braking time was obtained,and the reliability of the electric mechanical brake was verified.
