摘  要:台湾地区文化创意产业发展起步较早,曾取得积极成效。但是,民进党当局操弄“去中国化”,使台胞遭遇精神家园迷失风险,台湾地区文化创意产业发展也处于滞缓状态。文化传播是文化创意产业的主要功能之一,应用传播学指导文化创意产业发展对厚植文创产品的文化传播属性具有重要的实践价值。以传播学为视角,紧扣传播内容、传播载体、传播渠道等三个环节,分析台湾地区文化创意产业在创意提取策略、创意转化路径、营销推广模式的经验与不足。台湾地区应深耕中华文化沃土,以文化创意产业作为两岸优先融合发展的领域,与中国内地共同打造中国特色文化创意国际品牌,做大做强两岸共同文化市场,从而更好凝聚文化和市场的合力,助推台湾地区文化创意产业创新发展。Taiwan's cultural and creative industry started early and has achieved positive results.However,the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP)authorities have manipulated"de-Chinaization",which has caused Taiwan compatriots to encounter the risk of losing their spiritual homeland.The development of Taiwan's cultural and creative industry has been in a state of stagnation.Cultural communication is one of the main functions of cultural and creative industry.The application of communication science to guide the development of cultural and creative industry is of great practical value.This paper analyzes the experience and shortcomings of Taiwan's cultural and creative industry in terms of creative extraction strategies,creative transformation paths,marketing and promotion modes from the perspective of communication science,focusing on the three aspects of communication content,communication carriers,and communication channels.Taiwan should cultivate the fertile soil of Chinese culture,take cultural and creative industry as the priority area for cross-Strait integration and development,jointly build with the mainland the international brands of cultural and creative industry with Chinese characteristics,expand and strengthen the cross-Strait common cultural market,so as to better unite the cultural and market forces,and promote the innovation and development of Taiwan's cultural and creative industry.
