摘　　要：腹腔镜手术作为当前临床手术治疗技术创新和发展中形成的一种新型手术方式,是针对腹部疾病比较有效的治疗方法之一。经现阶段临床研究分析发现,结直肠癌的发病率在不断提高,当患者发病后会出现明显的临床症状,因而在治疗过程中需要给予患者有效的治疗方法。腹腔镜手术可以满足患者治疗要求,能够突出治疗优势。临床研究显示,结直肠癌患者采用腹腔镜手术可以达到更好的治疗效果,对提高患者手术治疗水平及改善预后有重要意义。鉴于此,本文就腹腔镜结直肠癌手术治疗研究进展进行综述,力图能够了解结直肠癌发病情况,对患者手术治疗的方法及进展作出评估,以改进患者治疗方案,为患者手术治疗顺利开展提供帮助,从而有效提高结直肠癌患者手术治疗水平。As a new surgical mode formed in the innovation and development of the current clinical surgical treatment technology,laparoscopic surgery is one of the more effective treatment methods in the treatment of abdominal diseases.Through current clinical research analysis,it is found that the incidence of colorectal cancer is constantly increasing,and patients have significant clinical symptoms after the disease flaring up.Therefore,the effective treatment method needs to be made in the treatment process of patients.Laparoscopic surgery can mainly meet the treatment requirements of patients and highlight the treatment advantages.Clinical studies have shown that laparoscopic surgery can achieve better treatment effects for colorectal cancer patients,which has important significance to improve the level of surgical treatment and prognosis of patients.In view of this,the research progress of laparoscopic surgery treatment for colorectal cancer is reviewed in this paper,trying to understand the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer,evaluate the method and progress of surgical treatment to patients,so as to improve the treatment plans to patients and contribute to the smooth operation,thus effectively improve the level of surgical treatment for patients with colorectal cancer.
