高效液相法测定多动安口服液中阿魏酸的含量

摘　　要：目的 :用反相高效液相色谱法测定多动安口服液中阿魏酸的含量。方法 :经大孔吸附树脂处理后 ,进样分析 ,采用Spherisob C1 8柱 (5μm,4.6mm× 3 0 0 mm) ,流动相 :甲醇∶ 1%醋酸溶液 (4∶ 6) ,检测波长 :3 13 nm,流速 :0 .5 ml/min,柱温 :45℃。结果 :阿魏酸在 0 .0 1～ 0 .0 9μg,(r=0 .9997)范围内呈线性 ,其加样回收率为 96.69%。结论 :实验方法简便 ,可靠 。Objective:To use a PR-HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Liquid of Duodongan.Methods:The sample was prepared by macroporous resin DA 201. The determination was carried out on Spherisob C 18 ODS (5 μm,4.6 mm×300 mm) column with mobile phase of MeOH-1% acetic acid (4∶6).Results:Sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.01～0.09 μg and correlation coefficient was 0.999 7. The average recovery of added sample was 96.69% (n=5). RSD was 1.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, reproducible.
