摘 要:目的了解线上教学条件下大学生眼相关调节参数情况,探讨密集线上教学对大学生眼调节能力的影响。方法通过校内招募方式,随机抽取2022年4—6月徐州医科大学进行线上教学的在校生57名,用调查问卷收集调查对象的一般资料,随机选取任一线上教学日,记录当日调查对象线上学习时长,根据当日线上教学的时间将研究对象分为短时长组、中时长组、长时长组。测量当日线上教学前后各组的调节灵敏度、调节幅度。使用t检验、方差分析和非参数检验对线上学习时间与调节灵敏度、调节幅度之间的关系进行描述分析。结果进行一日线上学习后,每日线上学习长时长组傍晚调节幅度为(16.40±3.68)D,学习时间少于6 h的学生(短时长、中时长组)傍晚调节幅度为(20.67±7.61)D,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032),线上学习时间大于6 h者傍晚调节幅度较少于6 h者降低(P=0.032),短时长组和中时长组的清晨、傍晚调节幅度组间差异无统计学意义(P值分别为0.635、0.275),3组测试者清晨、傍晚眼调节灵敏度差异无统计学意义(P值分别为0.465、0.590)。结论长时长密集线上教学使大学生眼调节幅度下降。Objective To investigate the oculolet-related adjustment parameters of college students under the conditions of online teaching,and to explore the influence of intensive online teaching on the eye adjustment ability of college students.Methods Through on-campus recruitment,57 students of Xuzhou Medical University who conducted online teaching from April to June 2022 were randomly selected,the general information of the survey subjects was collected by questionnaire,any online teaching day was randomly selected,the online learning time of the survey subjects was recorded on that day,and the research subjects were divided into a short-duration group,a medium-duration group,and a long-duration group according to the online teaching time of the day.The adjustment sensitivity and adjustment amplitude of each group were measured before and after the online teaching on the day.The relationship between online learning time and adjustment sensitivity and adjustment amplitude was descriptively analyzed by using t-test,ANOVA,and nonparametric test.Results After one-day online learning,the evening adjustment range of the daily online learning long-time group was(16.40±3.68)D,and the evening adjustment range of students with less than 6 hours of learning time(the short duration group and the medium length group)was(20.67±7.61)D,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).The evening adjustment range of 6 h online teaching was smaller than that of 6 h(P=0.032),and the difference between the morning and evening adjustment ranges of the short-duration group and the medium-length group was not statistically significant(P=0.635,0.275).There was no significant difference in the sensitivity of eye adjustment in the morning and evening among the three groups(P=0.465,0.590).Conclusion Long-term intensive online teaching reduces the range of eye adjustment of college students.
