摘　　要：目的了解漯河市城区7~9岁儿童第一恒磨牙萌出、患龋、窝沟封闭及龋病充填情况,为促进儿童第一恒磨牙的早预防、早治疗及儿童口腔保健提供依据。方法对2021年中国儿童口腔疾病综合干预项目工作信息管理系统中的漯河市数据进行统计分析。结果2021年漯河市城区7~9岁学龄儿童第一恒磨牙萌出率为86.47%,患龋率为28.71%,龋均0.54;患龋儿童已接受充填的有31人,充填率为5.1%。女生第一恒磨牙的患龋率(34.13%)高于男生(23.89%)(χ^(2)=27.14,P<0.001)。人均窝沟封闭牙数为3.1颗,男生窝沟封闭率(96.98%)高于女生(96.82%),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.13,P>0.05)。结论漯河市城区7~9岁学龄儿童第一恒磨牙患龋率较高,而充填率相对较低。儿童和家长的口腔保健意识有待进一步提高。Objective To survey current situation of eruption,caries and fissure sealant on the first permanent molar among children aged 7-9 years old in Luohe City,to provide the basis for oral health.Methods Data were from Information System of Oral Disease Comprehensive Intervention Project among Chinese Children in Luohe City collected in 2021.Results The eruption rate was 86.47%,the caries prevalence was 28.71%,and the mean DMFT was 0.51 of the first permanent molar among children aged 7-9 years old in Luohe.The dental caries filling rate was 5.1%.The girls'caries prevalence rate(34.13%)was significantly higher than boys'(23.89%)(χ^(2)=27.14,P<0.001).The number of per capital sealing tooth was 3.1.There was no significant difference in total pit and fissure sealing rate between boys and girls(χ^(2)=0.13,P>0.05).Conclusions Oral health is not optimistic among children in Luohe City,with relatively high dental caries rate and low filling rate.The oral health awareness among children and their parents should be further improved.
