摘　　要：兽药不合理使用易导致其在畜禽机体及产品中残留,不仅影响畜禽产品质量,而且严重威胁生态环境和人类健康。全面分析当前兽药残留的原因和危害,并论述了防控兽药残留的综合措施,以期为相关从业人员提供参考。Irrational use of veterinary drugs is easy to lead to residues in livestock or poultry products.Veterinary drug residues not only affect the quality of livestock and poultry products,but also seriously threaten human health and ecological environment.This paper comprehensively analyzed the causes and hazards of the current veterinary drug residues,and discussed the comprehensive prevention and control measures of veterinary drug residues,so as to provide a certain reference for the relevant practitioners in the control of veterinary drug residues.
