摘  要:空间站特殊的微重力环境可以为基础科学研究和技术开发提供平台,但也会导致航天员出现骨密度下降和骨脆性增加等骨丢失问题。抗阻训练被证实能够有效防护骨丢失,国际空间站2009年投入使用了新型抗阻训练器械(ARED),可供航天员完成30余种抗阻训练动作,最大负载为272 kgf(600 ibf),为航天员通过运动防护骨丢失提供了锻炼平台。在梳理人体骨骼系统微重力环境下发生的适应性变化的基础上,对ARED的结构功能,以及基于ARED的抗阻训练方案等国际空间站防护骨丢失的设备和相关研究进行综述,为中国空间站未来的运动装备设计、航天员抗阻训练方案制定提供参考。The microgravity environment inside the space station can provide a platform for basic re-search and technology development.However,it also causes a series of physiological problems for astronauts such as bone loss and the increase of the bone fragility.Resistance training has been proved to be effective in improving bone loss.The resistance training device ARED(Advanced re-sistive exercise device)on the International Space Station has been used since 2009.It allows astro-nauts to complete more than 30 kinds of resistance training movements with a maximum load of 272kgf(600ibf).On the basis of reviewing the adaptive changes of the human skeletal system in microgravity,the structural function of ARED and the ARED resistance training program involved in the bone loss problem were summarized.It may provide reference basis for the design of exercise e-quipment and the scheme of resistance training for astronauts of China Space Station.
