甲磺酸齐拉西酮注射液与氟哌啶醇注射液治疗精神分裂症激越患者的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较甲磺酸齐拉西酮注射液与氟哌啶醇注射液治疗精神分裂症激越患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月泉州市第三医院收治的精神分裂症激越患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组予氟哌啶醇注射液治疗,观察组予甲磺酸齐拉西酮注射液治疗,2组均连续用药3 d。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后阳性和阴性症状量表兴奋因子(PANSS-EC)评分与行为活动评定量表(BARS)评分,以及不良反应。结果观察组与对照组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(90.00%vs.88.33%,χ^(2)=0.086,P=0.769);治疗3 d后,2组PANSS-EC评分、BARS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为25.00%,低于对照组的43.33%(χ^(2)=4.483,P=0.034)。结论甲磺酸齐拉西酮注射液相较于氟哌啶醇注射液治疗精神分裂症激越患者的效果更佳,二者作用相当,均可有效控制患者病情,但甲磺酸齐拉西酮注射液不良反应少,用药安全性更高。Objective To compare the clinical effect of ziprasidone mesylate injection and haloperidol injection in the treatment of schizophrenia with agitation symptoms.Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia with agitation symptoms admitted to Quanzhou Third Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group using a random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with haloperindol injection,while the observation group was treated with ziprasidone mesylate injection.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 days.The treatment effects,changes in PANSS-EC score and BARS score before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(90.00%vs.88.33%,χ^(2)=0.086,P=0.769).After 3 days of treatment,the PANSS-EC score and BARS score of the two groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.01),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 25.00%,lower than 43.33%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.483,P=0.034).Conclusion Ziprasidone mesylate injection and haloperidol injection have better clinical effects in the treatment of schizophrenic patients with agitation symptoms.The two effects are equivalent,and both can effectively control the patient′s condition,but ziprasidone mesylate injection has fewer adverse reactions and higher medication safety.
