摘　　要：世界百年未有之大变局和第四次工业革命浪潮加速了技术更新和产业迭代,对全社会产生了全方位、多领域的显著影响。产业结构变化催生新的学科组织方式,知识生产逆向流动,大学不再是从外部撬动社会的支点。在这一时代背景下,中国高等教育应积极回应时代关切,主动融入国家发展,准确识变、科学应变、主动求变,牢牢把握“融合”这个关键要素,探索构建21世纪大学新形态的破题路径,进而引领世界高等教育发展,为人类发展和社会进步贡献力量。The great changes unseen in a century and the fourth industrial revolution expedite technology update and industrial reform which exert a profound influence in various aspects and fields.Universities are no longer the fulcrum to promote social development outside communities due to the new organization mode of disciplines with industrial structure changes,and the reverse knowledge production flow.To respond the changes and concern of the new era,Chinese higher education institutions need to integrate their development with that of the country,to explore solutions and approaches for the new university models in 21 century,thus to lead the development of world higher education,and to contribute to human development and social progress as well.
