全人类共同价值与人类文明基本向度的契合性

摘　　要：人类命运共同体只能建立在全人类共同价值的基础上。全人类共同价值的真实性存在,必须到文明史上去进行确认。由于全人类共同价值的逐渐形成,文明史呈现向前向好发展的大趋势。关于文明状态本身的评价标准问题,必须以人类中的绝大多数,在经历了比较长的时间段之后来回答这个问题。文明分为两个最基本的向度———技术向度和伦理向度,前者指向人与自然的关系,后者指向人与人的关系,即社会关系。凡是先进的技术成果,无论出自哪个文明圈,只要传入另一个文明圈,总是比较容易接受的。人性的向善性而不是向恶性体现了社会关系运行方向的伦理要求,即人与人的关系总体上在朝着友善和谐的方向走。通过长时间段的比较,可以看出:在当今世界,人性价值观念处在普遍的认同中,人权保护意识对野蛮杀戮、虐待、摧残行为是超越性的,而不是相反。伦理向度主要表现:其一,和平超越战争;其二,规模性的虐待行为受到制约;其三,阶级分化下的底层苦难在改善中。A community with a shared future for mankind can only be built on the basis of the common values of all mankind.In consideration of the gradual formation of common values for all mankind,the history of civilization has shown a general trend of forward development.Civilization is divided into two most basic dimensions⁃the technological dimension and the ethical dimension:the former pointing to the relationship between man and nature,and the latter pointing to the re⁃lationship between one human being and another,namely the social relationship.All advanced technological achievements,no matter which civilization circle they come from,are always easier to accept as long as they are transmitted to another civ⁃ilization circle.The goodness of human nature,rather than the vicious one,reflects the ethical requirements of the direction of social relations,that is,the relationship between people is generally moving in the direction of friendship and harmony.Through a long⁃term comparison,it can be seen that in today's world,human values are universally recognized,and the consciousness of human rights protection is transcendent⁃not the opposite⁃to barbaric killing,abuse and destruction.The main manifestations of the ethical dimension include the following aspects:first,peace surpasses war;second,large⁃scale abuses are under control;third,the suffering at the bottom of social stratification is being alleviated.
