从“卫生有道”题词透视卫生观念转变及影响

摘　　要：蔡元培1935年为江苏省立医政学院(南京医科大学前身)首届毕业生题词“卫生有道”,寄予着殷切期望,蕴藏着时代之变。1928年,国民政府建立。当时社会剧烈变革,“卫生”观念也从注重个人“养生延年”转向公共领域的“防疫强种”,需要在卫生政策、卫生教育和社会管理等方面积极作为。省立医政学院师生顺应和引领时代潮流,积极服务推动国家公共卫生事业发展,以实际行动践行了“卫生有道”的理念。Cai Yuanpei,a famous educator inscribed for first health department graduates of Jiangsu Provincial Medical and Political College in 1935 with high expectations and include the changing of times.Active actions in health policy,health education and social management are needed.During the period of National Government which formed in 1928,the connotation of hygiene gradually shifted from the traditional idea of“health preservation and longevity”to the public domain of epidemic prevention.The teachers and students at Jiangsu Provincial Medical and Political College were encouraged to actively serve and promote the development of national public health,thus realizing the concept of“proper health”with practical actions.
