基于语料库的“媛”字意义演变研究

摘　　要：“媛”的核心语义是“美女”,常用于表示人名、嫔妃名或者女官名或具有优良品质的女子等,自古至今语义比较稳定,以褒义色彩居多。而如今网络盛行的“X媛”类词却具有强烈的贬义色彩。本文借助语料库在线、北京大学中国语言学研究中心(CCL语料库检索系统)、新闻媒体以及大众媒体中的语料,对“媛”字从古至今语义的演变进行研究,并分析演变的原因。The core meaning of"yuan(媛)"is"beauty",which is often used to indicate the name of people,concubines or female officials,or women with good quality.Since ancient times,the semantics is relatively stable,with mostly commendatory color.But now the network prevailing"X yuan(媛)"kind of words have a strong derogatory color.With the help of the corpus online,China Linguistics Research Center of Peking University(CCL corpus retrieval system),the news media and the mass media,this paper studies the semantic evolution of"Yuan(媛)"from ancient times to the present,and analyzes the reasons for the evolution.
