摘 要:在全面推进依法治国和国家大力发展职业教育背景下,针对广东高职学生法治认知、法治意识、法治思维、法治信仰和法治行为能力等法治素养存在的问题,以及学生自我培育缺乏主动性、培育力量缺乏合力、培育内容缺乏吸引力和培育方法方式缺乏创新等培养方面的不足;提出了高职学生法治素养的培育理路:以习近平法治思想为指引,遵循法治素养生成和发展规律,构建“优化家庭教养、提升学校教育、增强社会支撑和强化自我形塑”四位一体培育体系。In the context of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and vigorously developing vocational education,the problems of rule of law literacy,such as rule of law awareness,rule of law consciousness,rule of law thinking,rule of law belief and rule of law behavior ability of Guangdong higher vocational students,as well as the shortcomings of students'lacking initiative of self-cultivation,lacking synergy of cultivation force,lacking attractiveness of cultivation content and lacking innovation of cultivation methods,etc,are proposed.The proposed theory of cultivation of rule of law literacy for higher vocational students is to take Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law as the guide,follow the law of generation and development of rule of law literacy,and build a four-in-one cultivation system of"optimizing family upbringing,improving school education,enhancing social support and strengthening self-formation".
