摘 要:[目的]探讨软枣猕猴桃苗木大量扩繁技术。[方法]通过不同生长调节剂浓度和基质配比方式进行绿枝扦插试验。[结果]采取1000 mg/L萘乙酸速蘸5~7 s处理的扦插成活率和生根效果最好。在混合基质配比中,有机肥含量不宜过多,100%河沙作为扦插基质,苗木成活率最高。[结论]该研究结果可为软枣猕猴桃育苗体系的建立提供理论支撑。[Objective]To explore the mass propagation technology of Actinidia arguta seedlings.[Method]Green branch cutting experiments were conducted using different concentrations of growth regulators and substrate ratios.[Result]The survival rate and rooting effect of the 1000 mg/L naphthylacetic acid rapid dipping method for 5-7 s were the best.In the mixed substrate ratio,the content of organic fertilizer should not be too much,and 100%river sand as the cutting substrate had the highest survival rate of seedlings.[Conclusion]The results can provide theoretical support for the establishment of A.arguta seedling system with soft dates.
