摘 要:目的:通过综述神经特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)检测方法研究进展,为NSE灵敏准确定量检测方法开发提供有力解决方案。方法:结合文献和数据库搜索,总结NSE的结构特征与基本性质,系统介绍近年来基于不同配体的NSE检测方法与技术的研究进展。结果:作为目前最可靠的小细胞肺癌诊断标志物,NSE已被应用于开发多种检测方法与技术,并被应用于临床中肺癌的诊断、预后及疗效评估。结论:目前尚无统一的金标准方法来检测NSE,但已经开发出了多种基于不同配体的检测方法,它们可以用于恶性肿瘤等重大疾病的早期诊断、病情监控和预后评估,为临床提供技术支持。Aims:This paper aims to provide a powerful solution for the sensitive,accurate quantitation detection of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)by reviewing the research progress of the NSE detection methods.Methods:Combined with literature and database search,a variety of NSE detection methods and technologies based on different ligands developed in recent years were introduced.Results:As the most reliable diagnostic marker of small cell lung cancer at present,NSE has been applied to develop a variety of detection methods and technologies,and has been used in the clinical diagnosis,prognosis,and efficacy evaluation of lung cancer.Conclusions:There is no unified gold standard method for detecting NSE nowadays,but a variety of detection methods based on different ligands have been developed,which can be used for the early diagnosis,disease monitoring,and prognosis evaluation of major diseases such as malignant tumors,thus providing technical support for clinical use.
