摘　　要：目的探讨CT检查前导入式健康教育在肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法根据CT检查前干预方法的不同将150例肺癌患者分为常规组和健康教育组,每组75例,常规组患者进行常规指导和口头教育,健康教育组患者进行导入式健康教育。比较两组患者的心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、配合度、CT知识掌握度、CT扫描图像质量、生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)]。结果干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于本组干预前,健康教育组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。健康教育组患者的配合度明显高于常规组(P﹤0.01)。健康教育组患者的CT知识掌握评分明显高于常规组,CT扫描图像质量明显优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。干预后,两组患者SF-36各维度评分均高于本组干预前,健康教育组患者SF-36各维度评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论CT检查前导入式健康教育有利于改善肺癌患者的心理状态和生活质量,提高配合度和CT扫描图像质量。Objective To investigate the application effect of introductory health education before CT examination in patients with lung cancer.Method A total of 150 patients with lung cancer were divided into routine group(n=75,received routine guidance and oral education)and health education group(n=75,received introductory health education)according to different intervention methods before CT examination.The psychological state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],cooperation degree,CT knowledge mastery,CT scan image quality and quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)]were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,with lower scores in the health education group than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The cooperation degree of the health education group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.01).The CT knowledge mastery score and CT scan image quality in the health education group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.01).After intervention,the dimensional scores of SF-36 in both groups were higher than those before intervention,with higher scores in the health education group than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The introductory health education before CT examination in patients with lung cancer can improve the psychological state,quality of life,cooperation degree and quality of CT scan images.
