摘　　要：目的:统计分析我院急诊科近三年急性上消化道出血患者的临床特征及高危因素。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年12月就诊我院急诊科的461例确诊为急性上消化道出血的患者,收集患者的临床资料,建立调查表,进行统计学分析。结果:461例患者中男353例,女108例,男女比为3.27∶1;青年、中年、老年患者分别为120例、149例、192例;其中消化性溃疡242例,食管胃底静脉曲张77例,胃炎/急性胃黏膜病变67例,上消化道恶性肿瘤43例,食管贲门撕裂综合征11例,其他原因21例;45例患者接受了内镜下止血治疗,168例急诊留观期间输血治疗。结论:中、老年人是上消化道出血的高发人群,且男性高于女性,消化性溃疡仍是上消化道出血的最常见病因。Objective:To analyze the clinical features and risk factors of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in recent three years.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 461 patients definitive diagnosed with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the emergency department of Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from January 2020 to December 2022.Collect patientsclinical data,and establish a questionnaire for statistical analysis.Results:Among the 461 patients,353 were males and 108 were females(male to female ratio was 3.27∶1);There were 120,149,and 192 of young,middle-aged,and elderly patients,respectively;242 cases of peptic ulcer,77 cases of esophageal and gastric varicose bleeding,67 cases of gastritis/acute gastric mucosa lesions,43 cases of upper gastrointestinal malignant tumors,11 cases of cardiac mucosal laceration syndrome,and 21 cases of other causes;45 cases underwent endoscopic hemostasis treatment,and 168 cases underwent blood transfusion treatment during emergency therapy.Conclusion:Middle aged and elderly patients are the high incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and men are higher than women.Peptic ulcer is still the most common cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
