摘　　要：目的:探讨不同材料支架式可摘局部义齿修复中老年牙列缺损的疗效。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年10月山东省菏泽医学专科学校附属医院口腔科收治的牙列缺损患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。试验组采用Vitallium2000铸造支架式可摘局部义齿修复,对照组行钴铬合金铸造支架式可摘局部义齿修复。修复后6个月随访,比较两组咀嚼效率、患者对义齿戴用的满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果:修复后6个月,试验组的咀嚼效率为(86.63±2.99)%,高于对照组的(62.30±3.27)%(P<0.05)。试验组患者在咀嚼功能、义齿固位及稳定、美观、语言、义齿的舒适性五个方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);继发龋齿、牙周病、基托不良、义齿性口炎等不良反应情况则均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与钴铬合金铸造支架式可摘局部义齿相比,Vitallium2000铸造支架式可摘局部义齿修复效果更好,患者更满意且并发症较少。Objective:To investigate the effect of removable partial denture restoration using different material scaffolds on dentition defect in middle and old age people.Methods:A total of 80 patients with dentition defect treated in the Department of Stomatology of Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College were included and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 40 cases each.The experimental group received Vitallium2000 casting bracket removable partial denture restoration,and the control group received cobalt-chromium cast support removable partial denture restoration.After 6 months of repair the masticatory efficiency,the satisfaction of denture wearing and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results:After six months of repair,the masticatory efficiency in the experimental group was(86.63±2.99)%,which was higher than that in the control group(62.30±3.27)%(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the experimental group in chewing function,denture retention and stability,aesthetics,language and denture comfort were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the secondary caries,periodontal disease,poor base plate and adverse reactions to denture stomatitis in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with cobalt-chromium cast support removable partial denture restoration,Vitallium2000 casting bracket removable partial denture restoration has better effect,and the patients have more satisfaction and fewer complications.
