何以乐其学:拔尖学生的求知旨趣及其生成机制——基于全国12所一流大学“拔尖计划”本科生的问卷调查

摘　　要：对拔尖学生的问卷调查发现,学习者的求知旨趣显著影响其综合与创新思维的发展;与此同时,个体开放的心智倾向以及学习参与、优质讲授两个环境因素对学习者求知旨趣的生发有显著影响作用,而且环境因素还在开放心智倾向影响学习者求知旨趣的过程中发挥调节作用,其结果突出表现为求知旨趣差异的缩小,环境因素的另一个重要特质是对低求知旨趣学习者产生强激励作用。促进拔尖学生卓越心智的健康成长,求知旨趣等情感维度的涵养不可或缺,为此,我们应进一步把握求知旨趣涵养的深层含义,塑造心智倾向开放的宏大格局,建构优质环境浸润的生长空间。The investigation shows that the interest in seeking knowledge of top-notch innovative talents deeply influences their development of comprehensive and innovative thinking;the interest in seeking knowledge is influenced by the unique thinking trait of their open mindedness,learning engagement and high-quality teaching.Moreover,the environment also moderates the impact of open mindedness,which manifests as an interest reduction effect on learners;the environment impacts learners with low interest in learning.It proposes three practical suggestions,namely,to grasp the deep significance of cultivating the interest in seeking knowledge,shape a grand pattern of open mindedness,and construct a meaningful space for high-quality environment infiltration.
