摘 要:目的 观察对比2019年6—10月和2020年6~10月北京市丰台区6~8岁儿童近视患病率和各项屈光参数的变化。方法 研究对象为2019年6—10月以及2020年6—10月来我院门诊检查的丰台区6~8岁儿童分别402人(804眼)和458(916眼)人。比较分析近视患病率、睫状肌麻痹检影验光等效球镜(SE)、眼轴长度(AL)以及轴率比值(AL/CR)的变化。结果 2019—2020年6~8岁儿童近视患病率由17.5%上升至22.5%,SE由-0.21D下降至-0.35D,AL由22.84 mm增长至23.01 mm, AL/CR由2.93上升至2.98。6岁和7岁儿童各项指标2019年与2020年间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。8岁儿童SE由(-0.36±1.01)D下降至(-0.72D±1.21)D(P<0.01),AL由(23.1±0.77)mm增长至(23.34±0.79)mm(P<0.01),轴率比值由2.97上升至3.01(P<0.05)。结论 2020年与2019年同期比较,6~8岁儿童近视患病率、SE和AL/CR均有所增加,尤其8岁儿童近视检出率增加更为明显。低龄儿童应尽早进行视力筛查和近视干预控制。Objective To observe and compare the prevalence of myopia and changes in refractive parameters among 6-8 year old children in Fengtai District of Beijing from June to October 2019,and from June to October 2020.Methods 402 children(804 eyes)aged 6-8 years as research objects visited our hospital for outpatient examination from June to October 2019 and 458 children(816 eyes)aged 6-8 years visited our hospital for outpatient examination from June to October 2020,all the children living in Fengtai District.The prevalence of myopia,changes in the equivalent spherical mirror(SE)for cycloplegia retinoscopy,axial length(AL),and axial ratio(AL/CR)were compared and analyzed.Results From 2019 to 2020,the prevalence of myopia among children aged 6-8 increased from 17.5%to 22.5%,SE decreased from-0.21D to-0.35D,AL increased from 22.84mm to 23.01mm,and AL/CR increased from 2.93 to 2.98.There was no statistically significant difference in various indicators of children aged 6 and 7 between 2019 and 2020(P>0.05).The SE of 8-year-old children decreased from(-0.36±1.01D)to(-0.72D±1.21D)(P<0.01),the AL increased from(23.1±0.77mm)to(23.34±0.79mm)(P<0.01),and the axial ratio increased from 2.97 to 3.01(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the same period in 2019,the prevalence of myopia,SE,and AL/CR among children aged 6 to 8 have increased in 2020,especially the detection rate of myopia in children aged 8.Early vision screening and myopia intervention control should be carried out among young children.
