摘　　要：目的 以商用密码应用安全评估为契机,探索其在医院电子病历系统中的应用。方法 通过分析目前医院商用密码应用现状和存在的问题,结合医院实际场景,提出商用密码在医院电子病历系统中的应用方案,并对该方案进行了实验验证。结果 结果表明,基于商用密码技术的医院电子病历系统应用方案,在医疗数据的完整性和机密性保护方面有较高的可行性和有效性,具有实际应用价值。结论 商用密码在医院电子病历系统中的应用为其在医院其他信息系统中的应用提供了参考和借鉴,对医院信息安全保护有积极意义。Objective Evaluating the security assessment of commercial password applications as an opportunity,to explore their application in hospital electronic medical record systems.Methods By analyzing the current situation and problems of domestic commercial password applications in hospitals,and combining with actual hospital scenarios,a hospital electronic medical record password application scheme based on domestic commercial password technology is proposed,and experimental verification is conducted on this scheme.Results Results The results indicate that the hospital electronic medical record application scheme based on commercial cryptographic technology has high feasibility and effectiveness in protecting the integrity and confidentiality of medical data,and has practical application value.Conclusion The application of commercial passwords in hospital electronic medical record systems provides useful reference and inspiration for the application of commercial passwords in hospital other information systems,and has promoting significance for the hospital information security protection.
