摘　　要：目的 基于价值管理理论,开展信息项目管理策略研究,促进医院信息化建设提质增效。方法 以价值管理为切入点,以现阶段项目建设存在问题为导向,建立项目建设全生命周期价值管理模型。结果 通过分析价值传递的内在逻辑,探索辐射评估、选型论证、实施报告、绩效评价等信息项目价值管理策略。结论 项目价值管理是医院信息化建设的重要手段,对提高项目质量和应用效果具有现实意义。Objective Through the research of information project management strategy based on value management to increase the quality and efficiency of hospital informatization construction.Methods Taking value management as the breakthrough point and the problems in current project construction as the guidance,establish a project value management model based on the whole life cycle of project construction.Results By analyzing the internal logic of value transmission,explore the value management strategies of information projects such as radiation evaluation,type selection demonstration,implementation report,performance evaluation.Conclusion Project value management is an important means of hospital informatization construction,which has practical significance for improving project quality and effect.
