基于数据挖掘分析卢秉久教授分期治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病组方规律

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘探究卢秉久教授分期治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)的组方规律。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,收集2017年1月至2021年12月卢秉久教授诊治的MAFLD患者,采用Excel、SPSS 23.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0等软件对处方进行药物频次频率统计、性味归经分析、相关性分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析等,揭示卢秉久教授分期治疗MAFLD的用药规律。结果:卢秉久教授用药以补虚药为主,辅以利水渗湿药、理气药,其核心组方为:陈皮、茯苓、白术、苍术、车前子、泽泻、桂枝、山楂、大腹皮、厚朴。聚类分析得出治疗MAFLD常用4法:疏肝理气、健脾祛湿、温阳利水、活血化瘀。结论:卢秉久教授治疗MAFLD采用攻补兼施之法,理气、祛湿、活血三位一体,同时又根据病情轻重、病机不同分期论治。Objective:To explore professor Lu Bingjiu treatment of medtabolic related fatty liver disease(MAFLD)based on stages of the rule of composition by data mining.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted to collect patients with MAFLD who had been diagnosed and treated by Professor Lu,from January 2017 to December 2021 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Excel,SPSS 23.0,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and other software were used to conduct drug frequency statistics,sex and taste normalization analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis of the prescription,so as to reveal the drug use law of Professor Lu Bingjiu′s stage treatment of MAFLD.Results:Professor Lu Bingjiu used mainly tonifying drugs,supplemented with diuresis and moistening drugs and Qi regulating drugs,its core component were dried tangerine peel,poria cocos,atractylodes macrocephala,plantain seed,alisma orientalis,cassia twig,hawthorn,ventral bark,magnolia officina.Cluster analysis showed that there were four common treatments for fatty liver:soothing the liver and regulating Qi,strengthening the spleen and dispelling dampness,promoting water conservancy in Wen Yang,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Conclusion:Professor Lu Bingjiu treats MAFLD with the method of attacking and supplementing,regulating Qi,removing dampness and promoting blood circulation.At the same time,according to the severity of the disease,pathogenesis of different stages of treatment.
